Overview
For Luna & Stone Jewelry, a Shopify-based brand, I built both the storefront and customer communication system from the ground up. After setting up the Shopify store and customizing the theme with Liquid, I integrated Klaviyo to design two automated flows:
- Welcome Flow (3 emails): Welcome, Education/Product Story, Social Proof with Reviews.
- Abandoned Cart Flow (2 emails): Reminder and Last Chance urgency email.
All emails were coded in MJML for responsiveness, tested across devices, and styled to align with the brand’s elegant aesthetic.
Process
- Built a Shopify store and added product catalog with a custom pop-up form for email capture.
- Coded branded MJML templates with personalized details and customer review blocks.
- Planned multi-step flows that combined storytelling, education, and urgency.
- Set up automation in Klaviyo with triggers, timing, and segmentation.
- QA tested across desktop, mobile, and popular inboxes to ensure consistency.
